Retouromat is the first concept in Germany to sell genuine mystery parcels from unopened returns and undeliverable parcels - both via our vending machines and here in the online store.
What began as a pilot project in Hanover is now known throughout Germany. Our returns boxes have already been sold over 20,000 times and provide excitement, joy and surprise every day.
Our mission: to make sensible and sustainable use of returns - instead of destroying them. Every parcel we receive is an original, unchecked, unpoiled - just as it came back from the parcel service.
